Arrangements can be made for your pets at nearby kennels: the Society regrets no animals in the Manor or the grounds except Guide Dogs or Hearing Dogs.

Halsway Manor is a non-smoking venue throughout.

Running your own event

There are periods when the manor is available for hire, more frequently Monday to Friday than at weekends. Groups are welcome to bring parties of up to 50 members for various activities for residential courses or holidays, taking advantage of full board accommodation at reasonable rates, with en-suite facilities available for a small extra charge.

The centre is very flexible and highly suitable for all of the following and probably many others as well: walking, drawing & painting, photography, crafts, singing, exploring the Quantocks, Brendons & Exmoor, geology, industrial archaeology, steam railways, coastal paths, or just "chilling out".

Halsway has a very good ambience and relaxing environment, ideal to escape from all those pressures and distractions which prevent you from achieving your true purpose.
