The two major ways of fund raising are through
The Shop at Halsway and the 200 Club. There are also other initiatives which are announced periodically.
One of which was the “SUPPORT HALSWAY RAFFLE” run from June to December 2007.
It was drawn at the CRAFT FAIR on SUNDAY 3rd DECEMBER 2007
22 Prizes were available to win.

A big thank you to all those who purchased or sold the tickets.
Look out for future exciting fund raising efforts.
THE SHOP
Many visitors to the manor are pleased to take away a momento or souvenir of their visit to Halsway Manor.
We have several items carrying a lovely picture of the manor.
These are produced in wipe-clean melamine and include chopping boards, coasters, table mats, trays & notebooks.
Other souvenir ranges include postcards and a history of the manor , polo shirts, other clothing and tea towels.
In fact, we carry over eighty different lines some of which are CDs .specifically relevant to the manor
Annually Halsway Calendars with scenes specifically relevant to the Manor are readily available from the early summer
We are happy to send items to you by parcel post although some of the fragile glass items do not travel well.

The Friends have a rota of volunteers who help to run the Shop. New volunteers to assist are welcome to join the rota. Email the shop for more details.
The sums of money raised, together with other donations, enable extra and additional comforts to be purchased for the manor.
THE 200 CLUB.
This was set up and is run by members of the Guildford Folk Dance Club and is fully explained, with the ability to join, on their website.

In 2006 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of The Manor the Friends installed a Maypole which is now being used regularly by visitors to the Manor. This is giving much enjoyment to those using it. A smaller indoor version is also available if required and requested.

To further celebrate the 40th anniversary a Wassail Tree was planted to the customary celebrations and we hope to perform the annual traditional blessings.
